Lies, Lies, Lies! The biggest lies are those we tell ourselves.
The funny thing? We believe them.
It is said that it is easy to spot a liar, and perhaps this is true. They might fidget, avoid eye contact, or tell a story that doesn’t add up. But the biggest liars are we towards ourselves. The biggest lies are those we tell ourselves. And no, it’s not funny, it’s dangerous. They hold us back.
What if we stopped lying to ourselves? Wouldn’t we be living the life we want as adults?
False self-image
You’re not good enough, you’re not smart enough, you’re not pretty enough. Are you certain? How did you get yourself on this thought? Perhaps by comparing yourself to others and feeling inadequate. What if we stopped comparing ourselves to others and started living our lives? Only taking care of our power field. The first step is to become aware of these lies and understand their roots. Most likely from childhood. And this needs work. Search, recall, revise. One step at a time.
