My Circadian Rhythm has gone crazy!

These days, we get information about everything several times without filtering them afterwards. They occupy a place in some part of the brain or an electronic file.

At least now I’ve come to a point and ranked them with some kind of tags — important, revert, more search, and useful.

The essential ones go to the pending file on my screen for further reading and searching.

And among all the above, there is information that excites me and awakens my curiosity for more evidence, right away!

Not too long ago, one post got my immediate attention. It was about our circadian rhythm. Reading it not only triggered me to investigate deeper, but left me also relaxed. During that period, I was drained of energy, slept for 4 hours a day, and keep having headaches. Mood with ups and downs, and gained kilos. My circadian rhythm was out of whack! According also to my doctor’s opinion, of course.

And since the same thing is happening to me now, I thought of sharing some tips, just in case.

In a nutshell for those who don’t know.
